Ishii vs Taichi
Simply put, this match was ok. It was a personal match. Ishii built his career on working hard and not taking short cuts. He prides himself on being respectable and respected. Taichi built his career on taking short cuts by aligning himself with already established mentors and just going from there. Taichi is quick witted despite being our Holy Emperor of NJPW. Ishii doesn’t like the way Taichi does things; Taichi doesn’t like the way Ishii does things.

All Kenta wanted was some respect from Zack Sabre Jr. Kenta sees ZSJ beneath him. ZSJ doesn’t care and continues to antagonize Kenta. Kenta’s ego gets in his way. ZSJ continues to be a technical wizard.

D Block Match:
Shingo vs Juice Robinson
“Rock Hard” Juice Robinson is the wild card in Block D during this G1 Climax 32. Juice Robinson tried to take advantage in this match from the jump which worked but Shingo fought back. This match was evenly matched. Juice even uses some Jay White tactics in his match with Shingo.
