NJPW Officially Determines Penalties In The Situation Of Ibushi v NJPW

New Japan Pro Wrestling finally held a press conference on May 27, 2022 to discuss Kota Ibushi’s frustrations and accusations posted to Twitter. President Obhari and Bushiroad director Kidani addressed the issues and talked at length about their findings and determining the correct penalties for all parties involved.
This is the official determinations of those penalties:
Kota Ibushi will take a 10% pay reduction for 3 months between July and September 2022 as a result of breaching his contract.
President Obhari will take a 10% pay reduction for 3 months between July and September 2022 as a result of executive responsibility.
The Official [NJPW Staff Kikuchi] will take a 10% pay reduction for 3 months between July and September 2022 and a transfer to a different position as a result of inappropriate comments toward a wrestler representing a breach of duty.
NJPW would like to extend its sincerest apologies for the concern and inconvenience caused by these events and hopes that fans will continue to support the company.
