Hey everyone! We had a packed show as Dos Evil and I reviewed MLW Super Fight 6—a night full of great matches, major moments, and unexpected twists. But before diving into MLW, we had to address the AEW Grand Slam in Australia debacle.

AEW's Ring Problems in Australia (full podcast on this topic coming soon)
Wrestlers' safety should always be the top priority, but AEW’s Grand Slam event in Australia raised serious concerns.

A smaller-than-usual ring, ill-fitting ring skirts, and—unbelievably—a step ladder replacing proper stairs made for an amateurish setup.

For a company with AEW’s resources, this was unacceptable. While no one got seriously hurt, the risks were clear, and we had to talk about it.

MLW Super Fight 6 Delivers!
Switching gears, MLW put on a fantastic show. Eric Bischoff was honored with the Ted Turner Lifetime Award, celebrating his contributions to wrestling. But that wasn’t all—he took center stage in a massive announcement concerning the MLW World Champion, Matt Riddle.

The card itself was strong, with incredible matches that showcased MLW’s talent. But the main event stole the show—a triple-threat MLW World Championship match that left fans buzzing.

The Bombshell Announcement
Just when it seemed the night was winding down, Bischoff dropped a bombshell: Matt Riddle must defend his MLW World Championship in Battle Riot 7. That means Riddle will have to survive 39 other competitors in an unpredictable battle royale. The stakes? Higher than ever.

We wrapped up our review with final thoughts, praising MLW’s consistency and storytelling. While AEW’s production issues overshadowed their Australia event, MLW reminded everyone why they’re a force to watch.
