Kota Ibushi finally explains why and what prompted him to tweet the names and screenshots of the LINE conversations.
His mother attempting suicide after Mother’s Day.
They haven’t apologized.
According to Ibushi’s tweets, he informs us that Mr. Kikuchi and NJPW President Ohbari have yet to apologize to Ibushi for stressed caused or met with him in a face to face meeting to discuss his contract with NJPW.
For the record, NJPW released a new NJPW World commercial that features Kota Ibushi in the video package.
Further for the record, NJPW released their Happy Birthday Kota Ibushi Video package on May 21st. Kota Ibushi turned 40 years old on May 21st.
Kota Ibushi tells us in his series of tweets that he can’t bear to look at his mother in her current state. She was worried about Kota Ibushi. Ibushi told her everything about the LINE messages, power harassment and more. Ibushi recalls that his mother told him, “It’s ok if you quit.”
Then Ibushi reveals that the day after Mother’s Day, she attempted suicide. Ibushi’s mother survived. Kota Ibushi informs us that his mother suffered a bruised hip and blames Mr. Kikuchi and Ohbari for the physical and emotional suffering of his family. Thus why Kota Ibushi is going to fight till the end.
Kota Ibushi mentions that he’s consulted someone. Still unclear. But will be revealing more in the future.
As of today, there has yet to be an official statement from NJPW or President Ohbari or Mr. Kikuchi in regard to Ibushi’s contract or the accusations Ibushi has published on social media.
